At Booths Fitness, I specialise in personal training in Brompton on Swale, Richmond, Catterick, Tunstall, and the surrounding North Yorkshire area. My mission is to help men and women — especially those over 40 — achieve sustainable weight loss, fat burning, and joint-friendly fitness in a way that fits real life.

Every client not only gets tailored 1-to-1 personal training sessions in my private studio, but also free access to my live BeatBodi classes in the local area and over 800+ on-demand BeatBodi workouts they can follow anytime, anywhere. This means you’ll never feel stuck or unsupported — whether you’re training with me in person, joining the fun and social BeatBodi classes, or exercising from home at your own pace.

Personal Training

My one-to-one personal training is all about you. Whether your goal is weight loss, strength building, improved fitness, or simply feeling healthier in your day-to-day life, I’ll create a personalised plan that fits your body, your schedule, and your lifestyle. You’ll have my full support, guidance, and accountability to keep you moving forward—and we’ll celebrate every milestone along the way.

 

 

Online Personal Training

Can’t get to me in person? No problem—I can train you from anywhere! With online personal training, we’ll work together using tailored workout plans that suit your space, equipment, and goals. Whether you prefer bodyweight workouts at home, routines with dumbbells or resistance bands, or structured sessions to follow in the gym, I’ll design a plan that keeps you challenged and progressing. You’ll also have ongoing check-ins and motivation to make sure you stay on track, no matter where you are.

Beatbodi Live

BeatBodi is my music-fuelled, low-impact fitness class designed to get you moving, sweating, and smiling! Every session is packed with energy, fun routines, and easy-to-follow moves that strengthen joints, burn fat, and boost your mood. Perfect for all fitness levels, BeatBodi brings the community together to move to the beat in a supportive, feel-good atmosphere. Come join a live class near you—you’ll leave feeling stronger, fitter, and full of energy.

 

BeatBodi On-Demand

Can’t make it to a live class? No worries—BeatBodi is available anytime, anywhere with my huge on-demand library of over 800+ workouts. From full BeatBodi sessions to BeatBodi Gold (our gentler, joint-friendly version, perfect for beginners or those wanting a lower intensity option), you’ll always have a workout ready at the press of a button. Train at your own pace, in your own space, and never miss out on the fun and results.

🙋 About Me – Paul Booth

Hi, I’m Paul Booth, founder of Booths Fitness and creator of BeatBodi. Fitness has always been my passion, but I know how overwhelming and intimidating it can feel when you don’t know where to start. That’s why I created a training style that’s simple, supportive, and sustainable.

Over the years, I’ve worked with clients of all ages and abilities – from complete beginners to those looking to get fitter, leaner, and healthier. My speciality is low-impact, high-results training that protects your joints while still torching calories and building strength.

Through my private studio training, BeatBodi live classes, and on-demand workouts, I’ve helped people:
