FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Got a question? You’re probably not the only one. Here you’ll find answers to the most common questions about BeatBodi, TC30 and Personal Training at Booths Fitness.

What is BeatBodi?

BeatBodi is a fun, low-impact fitness class where you step, move and reach to the beat of great music. It’s not a dance class and there are no complicated routines to learn. Simply follow along and work at your own pace.

Is BeatBodi suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. You don’t need any previous experience or a certain level of fitness. I’ll show you lower and higher impact options, so you can work at your own pace and build your confidence as you go.

How much does it cost?

BeatBodi is £6 per class. TC30 Total Core is £6 on its own, or just £3 when added on after Thursday’s BeatBodi class. There’s no membership — simply book your place and pay as you go.

What is TC30 Total Core?

TC30 is a 30-minute floor-based workout focusing on your core, glutes, lower back, hips and thighs. There are no traditional sit-ups, and exercises can be adapted to suit different fitness levels. Just bring a mat and some water.

What do I need to bring to a class?

For BeatBodi, just wear comfortable exercise clothing and trainers and bring some water and a towel. Light hand weights are available if you’d like to use them. For TC30 Total Core, you’ll also need to bring an exercise mat.

I’m nervous about coming on my own. Will I fit in?

Absolutely. Lots of people come to their first class on their own and feel nervous beforehand. BeatBodi is a friendly, welcoming group with no judgement and no pressure to keep up. You simply work at your own pace — and you’ll soon feel part of the BeatBodi family.
